Total Obedience

1 Samuel 15: 23

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft,
      And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.

God really wants nothing less than total obedience.

Our attempts to give Him something inferior of ourselves smells of covetousness and of                self-centeredness.

Does the world so influence us that we, wanting to be spiritual "movers and shakers"                   without submitting to God, seek our own will as our god?

Humble Sincere obedience to the will of God, through prayer, is a love offering more pleasing than any sacrifice or works. This Love relationship with Jesus Christ can bring every thought into obedience to our Father, and cause our will to be subject to His will.    He really does love us!
